Woodbury county		This isn't a flood like floods we have ever had.....! Record river levels all over and flood waters in areas of towns that have never had flood waters. Unimaginable rain amounts that overwhelmed roads, bridges, complete towns.....towns are going to have a very difficult time recovering.
