Sioux County, NWIA | That’s what I did last fall. Looked at trading 2 5 year old balers for new. Numbers didn’t work at all so I opted to keep the old machines and find two low bales newer balers to run with them. Ended up with a current model year baler with 3,000 bales on it and a 2 year old baler that was a demo unit with 280 bales on it.
I’ve never had a Bondioli and Pavesi PTO fail catastrophically on a NH baler, but the CV is usually wore out by the time they get 10-12,000 bales on them. Replacement of the PTO assembly has been in the $900 range through dicbinedr. | |
