West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
If you think it looks bad from the road, you should come ride the sprayer with me. The MN corn and soybean crop was screwed the day the seed fell from the planter box into the wet compacted seed trench. Maybe I was in denial until today, but it's hard to believe how crappy conditions really are out in my fields until a person takes up close and personal look. On a brighter note my lighter soils look OK so far this year...hopefully it keeps raining during July, August and most of September.
