NW IA, SE SD, WCMN July 10-20 planted beans is a train wreck waste of time or you get real lucky and break even.
Too far north by the time anything dries out there. Further south, it has some credibility, not up there though.
This is not some BS 4 inch rain, this is catastrophic. People who dont know, dont get it.
