When I was managing a dairy in 2014 we built 2 new 4 row barns. You have similar layout with the posts that are where the center of the head to head stalls are. We put 2 rows of 48” fans, mounted on either side of that post. The fan towards the outside wall blew straight perpendicular to the beds. The one on the feed alley side we twisted them towards the feed alley so they blew that way. Was worried about fans over the feed alley being tore down by the skid steer cleaning. It worked good, the animal density in a 4 row is so much lower than a 6 row we got along fine with the 2 rows of fans on either side
