I trying to read between the lines with what you are saying. The guide pan could be the culprit. The arms that hold it up can get bent such that the pan doesn't put the right amount of pressure on the net going between it and the belts. Is your brake pad OK? Correctly torqued? Not all JD techs are created equal, some really know balers, some not so much
