Is the belt engaging too soon? Trying to picture what its doing in my head but cant really see it by reading the text. I ajust my belt by manually running the actuator forward then putting some tension on the belt with the idler pulley bolt.


Your pan might be wore out also, ive wore out my pan 3 times now, machine shop just bends and welds in a new top plate, the guides are still fine.. When my pan gets thin it gets holes in the ends and then the middle gets thin and doesnt grab the net as fast and take it down the guides, it can sometimes wad up then and wrap around the roller above the net pan, I blame it on super dry hay and my belts are getting worn down so there's less traction there to grab and take the net. Maybe one in 200 bales it does this but its not fun getting in there and getting it pulled out when its 100 degrees outside and about 120 inside the baler lol
