Was your 9660 a bullet rotor? If so those machines cleaning and threshing wise are identical to my understanding. I would park them side by side and compare everything to see what’s different. Make sure the feederhouse is on slow, feederhouse drum raised up, feed accelerator on slow, separator grates in the down position. Make dang sure your rotor is level! I should have started with that. When we got our 9670 the sample in every crop the first year was awful. I leveled the rotor and cured the issue. Those are a couple things to check, maybe you’ve already checked all that stuff though? FYI we run 4mph with our 9670 and an 893 with similar yields to yours and get along fine.
