I think your concave is too far open and letting cobs tumble around and get broke up. Don't need that much rotor speed in dry corn either. Open top chaffer a little more and get more wind up thru it, and you'll have less returns that lead to more damage.
I try to get a clean sample, but if there is no dock.............
Ground corn bothers me more than anything.
