SE Michigan | Truck is an auto
Went to start the truck after sitting for a while, turned over a few times and then stopped. Batteries were bad so I replaced with two new ones. Both at around 12.5 v so they are "good". After I replaced all the connections (made sure that they are correct) Got power to the truck (instrument cluster , lights. radio etc) but will not crank. Moved the shifter all around - not any difference
Checked the power at the switch (OK) it has a push button to start, haven't had a chance to get under the dash to check.
I am starting to think that something else is bad or got damaged with the low voltage crank attempt (????)
Any ideas? | |
