That was one of my many trades. If you go back and look at the this board early mid August last year, I thought I was around 80% hedged for 24 via spring/summer hedges in 2023 when many criticized some us reveling our trades. However, my corn situation changed this winter (said it on here many times) and now I’ve been dealing with more 24 corn marketing than planned and did a lot of focus on reading tea leafs and marketing analysis to attempt to make this year successful. I can guarantee you it wasn’t blind luck.




Yeah I’m not good at reading the tea leaves when it comes to USDA reports.

And confident I can’t get better at it. Wish farmers weren’t so supportive of blunders like happened Friday

I will continue to spend most of my energy on the things that I can do well that are less dependent on luck. It has served me well
