The last two i have done i used a good heavy tbar puller with bolts threaded into the threaded holes and they have poped off. If that doesnt work i would try using an air hammer while it has pressure. What is the reason for removing? I could see like great lakes farmer stated that the key could have sheared and spun on the shaft.
