The easiest thing to do would be to configure the 750 to log when autopilot is engaged. That's what I do in my Deere sprayer that uses Deere technology to run the boom and a FmX 1000 to steer.

A more elegant solution would be to use the 750's external coverage logging trigger wire. This concept would use a relay in a boom valve circuit. A simpler setup for someone less electronically inclined would be to add a simple pressure switch to the boom plumbing, probably in the center boom section. This would be a two-wire connection that would apply ground to the 750's external coverage logging trigger circuit. Depends how much work you want to do.
