My 2010 hagie had same flanges and caps you were talking about. One winter I bought hypro express end caps for my hagie. What you had to do was take the stainless steel wet boom (each section) and cut off the flange and mount their fittings on the end. It was better than the flanges and caps….but the plastic plugs that you would turn 1/4 turn to remove chemical weren’t the strongest and you better have some spare orings with you.
There is probably a better option out there now. I did this 10 years ago.
