You have your crime in Winnipeg, I was there 2 years ago, the downtown area has degraded, lots of
beggars, drug types on the sidewalk. The mall along the main street there was very slow and empty, and
we saw a fight of lowlifes around the food court.
I won't be coming to Winnipeg again, anytime soon. |
