| I am on some strong painkillers and have to have labs done twice a year followed up by a 10 minute visit with the doctor the following week.This time the doctor Said something about annual physical and spent an extra 5 minutes looking down my throat,ears etc. after the 15 minute appt they billed insurance 444,and then repriced at 302 and ins paid 267 with my 35 copay. The labs ran 300 that was separate,, between labs and 15 minute office call they made 600,
There was a column on the statement that said...... Remark Code ....with an 03 under it,have no idea what that means,,,hard to believe a nurse practitioner can charge 3-400 for 15 minutes..... | |
