Central Indiana
That’s funny you should say that. We have 3 pressure cure bin systems that are designed and built in the Dakotas that the salesman said and proved worked better in the Dakotas and western belt because of the lower humidity levels MOST of the year. You can’t dry grain at 90% humidity in September in the Midwest. Theres no way North Dakota averages temperatures and humidities close to Indiana all 365 days of the year. If that were the case you guys would all be planting 114 day corn instead of 90. Tells me the weather is completely different. When’s your first snow fall and last? A long time before indianas and that all has to do with lower temps and humidity. Again show me the chart that says you can cool and dry grain in 90 degree weather and 85% humidity then I’ll gladly take your word that you can cool corn that is turning bad in a bin by turning the fan on June-August.
