Could it be some kind of skin infection, from too much rain?? Or heat and humidity?? Towards his back end from pics it almost looks like hide is lifting. All that ooze running dow sides could be coming from infection under the hair/ hide. I guess only way to know for sure is get him in and see. Good luck with him.
