Ron, I have used that drug too and there is a formulations that is more like a hand cream lotion than a grease.
I had a small tube of cream, she told me to use a lot of the ointment (1 pound jar with a refill), may even have used "slather" to describe application.
Probably an advantage to have the area covered and absorbing for a longer period of time with the ointment. |
