East Central Arkansas | I haven't thought that far ahead. We won't be heating the whole thing all at once to put out for a meal. With the butts we don't ever have problems finding waus to eat it. A lot of times chopped up and heated in a skillet with some kind of sauce. The small piece of brisket I tried I think could have just been sliced and eaten cold on a sandwich like other roast beef. I am sure we will find a good way. I think if you wanted to do the whole thIng you could put in a roaster and steam until hot. We have one of those big electric ones I think would work good.
