If your budget is kind of tight, look a bit older for a kinze 2600. The row units are beefier on the 3000s series kinze planters, but if you can find a 2600 in good shape, should be less $. The 2600s were last made in 1999 I believe. Parts are very readily available; kinze, Shoup, or even Deere since the row units are similar to the 7000 Deere planters. I’m running a kinze 2600 16/32 (even row package, which I’d suggest considering) and pulling with a John Deere 8110. I have extensions on all 32 boxes and when full of soybeans it’s a load (about 80-90 bags fit).
