All the things you brought up will be overcome easily. I recall reading about the lack of infrastructure for the first automobiles too. No paved roads, no gas stations, etc.

The lack of grid capacity is more anti-EV propaganda. There is currently plenty of capacity in the grid for a near 100% EV fleet. What people don't seem to get is that most cars would be charging during the night when there is currently excess capacity.

They are also on the brink of new battery tech that uses sodium rather than lithium.

While I agree 100% with you that climate change is a farce, getting rid of oil burners IS a good thing. And yes, I know they are burning coal to generate electricity, but the pollution to generate power for one auto is a small, small fraction of what that same car generates with an internal combustion engine. The push for solar is also a good thing. More and more solar generating capacity will improve that tech and drive prices down.

Once again, don't believe all the crap you read.
