A friend had sale barn owner buy some feeder cattle.nice animals Auction barn gets farmers at the sale to haul them the trucker got paid to deliver to farm. when he opened th3 trailer a steer was dead.
Who’s loss should it be? Buyer or auction barn.? the buyer has done this many times be fore, with no problems
