2004 16/31. CCS tanks are rotted out at the bottom and the air manifold won’t pressurize to blow seed anymore, that’s why it was parked. Ground drive, spring down pressure. Openers haven’t been replaced in too long and we’ve robbed all the good closing wheels off of it. It’s sad, my grandpa didn’t have any money when we parked it, that’s how it got into the shape it’s in and then never made it a priority to fix up until now.
