East Central Arkansas | A somewhat similar situation here. Phone company was here today and tightened a line up some to get some extra hieght. This line has been too low for years. My tenant had had access through another route until recently that property owners son cut him off. Had trouble getting to talk with anyone that could help at Bright Speed telephone. After a call to the Public Service Commission they contacted me. Some more communication back and forth and they finally sent someone to look at it. I was really surprised they got to it this soon. Hopefully they got it high enough. | |
