The broadband company is using it as a threat/leverage (they want an underground easement for free and I said no). Should I talk to the owner of the poles, the electric company?
Judges don’t like retaliatory actions. But an attorney should be notified, there is also a minimum height allowed. Here if I snag anything under 13’6” it’s not my fault.
