I always heard it called a shiftable draper. You just hit a button on the dash and the deck shifts. That is if your machine is equipped with it. My dad wants our next swather to have that option. The biggest pain it looks like to me is you’d have to cut the field in circles to keep both windrows going the same direction. Maybe with autosteer you could do every other pass and make it work.
