PSC has no jurisdiction over our electric co-op.  They make their own rules and it shows.  ruined both power fold extensions on the combine, a marker on a 24 row 1770, and numerous other incidents.  They hung fiber on these poles about 10 years ago and some are still the old 30' poles put in in the late 40s when power came to the area.  They ran lines the easiest way they could and landowners let them so we work around a lot of poles.  We've even tried billing them for damage but no luck.  On a combine your attention is focused on the head, not above the cab.
