Bad, most any seed oil when heated will oxidize and then when eaten will cause inflammation. Inflammation is a cause of arterial harm and the need for cholesterol to repair the lining causing the plaque buildup in your arteries.

Edit to say the saturated fats from animals don't oxidize when heated and that's why they are good.
