SC Sask | On the back shield above the canvas there are some little plates with 2 carriage bolts, loosen those off and you can slide the whole canvas assembly over towards the center of the header, you can then reverse the hyd hoses on the canvas motor that you just moved. they automatic desk shift has two hyd motors on chains to pull those draper decks from one side to the other, and a hyd block to reverse the appropriate draper motor. as far as i know, all of those swather tractors came from the factory with that switch, but not all swather heads had that triple delivery kit on it.
When in the field you need to lay the swaths down with the crop laying in the same direction. You could make a pass, lets say to the north, skip 2 swaths and make another pass back to the south then manually shift the deck over to the other side and go back in fill in those 2 swaths that you skipped on the first go. | |
