Subject: j&m gravity wagon tie rod

near dyersville iowa
older j&m gravity box with 13 ton gear. gear doesnt quite trail correctly. Not bad, but could be better. Right tie rod is loose. looking at the parts breakdown.

#12 says bronze bushing. I think this may be the problem? Ive always had problems reading parts diagrams.

Can anyone confirm there should be a bushing there? I havent had a chance to pull it all apart-it doesnt look like its going to come apart easily. But its either that bushing or i have to figure out a way to make a bushing to tighten the wagon up a bit.
