IE, Ziegler either sells AGCO, FENDT AND IDEAL OR CLAAS. Is AGCO trying to force the dealers to choose? will we loose dealers or support?

I don't know anything for certain, but Ohio Ag just exited the ag business. They were AGCO/Fendt/Ideal/Gleaner/ect and CLAAS.

I suspect that AGCO may have "wanted" them to get rid of CLAAS, but they needed it all to justify staying in AG. Just my opinion.

Or Ohio Machinery Company looked at the bleak AG market for this year and decided it was a good time to exit. More of my speculation. Only the management at Ohio Machinery knows why.

My guess is they took a good hard look at the financials and core business strength and decided CAT was the safe financial path forward and refocused, dropping AG to do so.
