Yes. We have a 1 inch 200 foot long line feeding a 1200 long 2 inch line. The water flow is the same at both ends. On a different farm we 1 inch line with a hydrant at the well and one 600 ft away. The hydrant by the well has twice the flow as he one 600 feet away.
When I installed the 2 inch line I used 10 foot lengths of bell & socket it was cheaper the 1 1/4 blue line. .... Dennis
