First corn we planted is a couple days away from tassel and looks fantastic . The corn we planted later in mid May is average at best. Know of a couple guys that finished planting about 10 days ago . The mid state area of Pa. through the mountains is always extremely variable , one valley gets timely rains and crops look excellent and meanwhile over the mountain the next valley is burning up and nothing but ashes
