What’s to admire? Normal planting pace, ample moisture, cool temps.

Funds don’t fall for the “record heat” or drought monitor scares that get published by the self proclaimed “expert” marketing services

Normal planting pace? Illinois had Millions of acres of corn that was planted middle/end of May instead of middle/end of April………….4 weeks……….Our entire 2023 crop was all planted in April last year. We had record yields. I’m not saying we will have a bad crop, but it won’t be close to what we had in ‘22 or ‘23. Lots of growing season left and lots of corn that is waist high still. Crop is not made….yet.
