I’d service the compressor and run it another season.
Edit to add: The oil in the tank is pushing past the piston rings going into the compressed air supply. Depending on the amount of use between services will determine if it is excessive or not. If that is from one seasons use I would not worry about it. But I would be checking the compressor oil lever in season to make sure it is at the proper level. Also make sure you have a good air filter, and service it regularly, on the compressor as you are running in dusty conditions. That would kill a compressor quicker than anything.
