just a tish NE of central ND | SO ,Single, no one interested in farming except one......... (until you get close to dying and then they come to get a piece of the pie) So will the neighbor neighbors and other farmers and "old maids" that want it. Seen that OVER and OVER.
>>>Here's a thought....... Tell them you will sell it, then keep it and manage it or blow the money on yourself and enjoy life. IT IS yours! MAKE it public that is what you are going to do....Then just live off of it....Give the leftovers to charity. It will flush out the ones that really care for you and the ones that just want the value you have built up. Then in the end maybe you can take care of the one or two willing to take care of you without others greed involved. It's a tough deal, but that is how it works for the most part. No one wants to see farms ripped apart. but nothing lasts forever and its inevitable it will be ripped apart with multiple heirs.
If you don't have kids or nephews /nieces that at least befriend you and love you and you love them,,,, Id leave the rest out and fund permanent scholarships funds and legit charities.
