What I've done a lot is put my p and k on with 150lb. Ams, I get around 45 lb ammonium N. Usually urea hasn't been needed, but an extremely wet spring like this year, urea may have beneficial. We usually don't incorporate it and the N is much more stable. It works the best the closer to planting it is applied.
