If part of your land logically fits his operation then you might give him that or at least sell it to him at a reasonable price.
If you split your land between your sisters then he will get a part of whatever you give his mother.
You might want to sell him whatever land has the highest basis.
If the rest of your nieces and nephews are good citizens as you say then they shouldn’t be left out.
Boone will have lots of good ideas since this is what he does daily.
Sounds like your family are all quality people and that is a big part of being able to get an estate settled without going to war.
