SW Oklahoma | Bought a new 2014 NewHolland 316, great machine. It might go over 200 ac of my own hay a year with me running it. How does a guy tell when the rubber chevron rollers are getting worn? I can stand behind it, with it running slow, and seem to see more of a gap in the middle of the twin rollers than on the sides. It feeds all the way across the roller in operation so I really don’t get why it would wear in the middle more.
New Holland rollers are $10K. Any input on replacement rollers?
