Not gonna take “agronomic info” from anyone that can’t forecast. How long you been farming? I laugh when the “agronomic” experts come on here and start grasping for straws about bugs, or drought, or flood. Pretty sad when the boys with suits in Chicago know more than those in the field.
You obviously don’t have any agronomic knowledge, or you would realize that a few days of weather in July don’t make a corn or soybean crop.
I predict my corn will make somewhere between 0 and 300, and my beans between 0 and 95. And I guarantee I’m correct.
You are a bigger idiot than I assumed if you think the yield of corn and beans is set in stone on July 4. Most beans around here have barely begun blooming. By your evaluation methods, 75 bushel yield is assured. Over half of the corn is pollinating, and 100% of the yield is still at risk.
