Half billion bushel loss in those areas coupled with who knows how many bushels gained in other areas by near perfect weather(so far). And yes I know some of it wasn't planted early or into perfect conditions, but perfect summer weather can cover up some sins from a less than perfect spring. Seen it in 2019 here.
