I make a Italian dosage out of our hamburger and the other day after we had run out of the sausage we got frozen hamburger and though it and canned 10 pint seasoned like I like it , so it it happens to anybody its not lost just can it if it is in pints pressure cook 1hr and 15 mins for quarts 1 half hrs at 10 lbs pressure archie ps wife cans several quarts of beef chunks it makes great barbeque add a little water bring to boil and add favorite sauce we like baby Ray's very good and very fast archie
