Currently the forecast is about 30 miles west of downtown Houston. Basically right over Katy, Texas on I-10. Supposed to go over me, but the track keeps getting inched over to the east.
As to the track in relation to Houston, they are going to get some of the worst of it. The “dirty” quadrant is the NE part of the storm. The eyewall will have the strongest winds.
