I have had it a couple times that while the dicamba itself may not have hurt the yield, it turned off dry and the beans grew slowly, then the deer liked the new foliage, then the weeds came.
My Dad had a similar problem a few years back as you are. Just different chemicals. It turned out the guy doing the mix grabbed the wrong product.
I have some in the shed that the adjuvant package jug looks like the 24d jug.
