clean this all out, build a dam that will have plenty of capacity for a 4" rain, put in at least one 12" intake, tile it to the lowest point in the "woods", cover all but the opening. install a rat guard at the outlet.
forget the rip rap. one big rain and it will all end up in the ditch with a bunch more of your dirt.
