I like Spike 80 DG —- comes in a 25# bag — spray it just inside the drip line on the ground
We buy the generic version— cheaper than the
Spike is also sold as a pellet version 20% active ingredient I like using the DG and a 60 gallon sprayer much easier than the pellets IMO
We apply late fall winter to about April
Works great so far

Add be patient it sometimes takes a couple year's to kill sometimes need a second application to finish it off
