does anyone else's father get more rain than them 90% of the time like mine does? its to the point where i think he is lying... 

we live a mile and a half away from each other and for arguments sake he farms ground north of me and i farm ground south of him is just how it has worked out. that son of a gun almost always gets more rain than me. 2-4 tenths at times. on the rare occasion i beat him its a tenth or 1/2 tenth. i have driven home from work twice before and seen the wet pavement end right at our lines of operation. 

who do i call to complain about this? dad doesn't seem to care and laughs when i bring it up.
