Enlist had problems when it first came out. I remember going to Cortevas (at that time Dow) training on enlist and I wouldn’t have called there plots 100% clean. Enlist does alright on small water hemp of 3 inches or less but once it gets over that I’d advise mixing with liberty and spraying when there’s good humidity.
