NWMO | I can't speak for cotton, as i've never grown it, but I can speak for what I use on soybeans. There is no surfactant required when using either Enlist One of Round Up. This is especially true if you're going to be using an insecticide (typically pretty oily) and something like Dual (which is pretty oily also). However, I've used MSO with it before and was fine, and I've used Zaar from Helena in the past and had good success also. Just understand that these products are already a little heavier on the oil side and adding much more oil to them can create more crop response.
I'm not certain how cotton responds to different surfactants, but if it's me, I'm going to be cautious on these hot steamy days as to how much oil I'm putting on any crop. | |
